MORNING COFFEE TALK with Karen Eve Holmes Living in Harmony: Insights on Community Embodiment
During this talk, Karen Eve will invite us to partake in an exploration of "community embodiment," a journey that realigns us with our sensory essence. In coherence with mind, body, and soul, this interactive invitation explores sensory layers, unfolding what community means for us all, especially in modern-day society. “It is my life purpose to positively support and embrace the inevitability of change within communities. Integrating learning and self-discovery with Nature is essential for healthy well-being and vital for communities to heal and thrive.” With over 15 years of international community living experiences, Karen Eve Holmes is a non-conventional influencer and yoga practitioner for adults and children. She has created a community Nature Hub, @Thelittledome, in Sant Pere de Ribes, designed upon growing fundamental community values and connections through three pillars: consciousness, well-being, and permaculture principles.
