DISCOVER THE ARTIST WITHIN
A Transformative Art & Culture
Trip in Spain for Children

Discover the World, Discover Yourself:

An Enriching Art & Culture Journey for Children

Proudly Promoted by Saikhannakhaa of Anda Union

Rooted in the values shared by Anda Union — one of the most respected Mongolian music groups of our time — this 10-day immersive journey to Catalonia, Spain, offers much more than beautiful scenery and famous landmarks. This is not just a sightseeing tour — it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for your child to grow artistically, emotionally, and culturally.

Inspired by Saikhannakhaa’s deep connection to nature, ancient wisdom, and cultural exchange, this program helps children discover who they are in the world by encouraging individual expression, emotional connection, and creative exploration. Just as Anda Union brings traditional Mongolian music to global audiences with heart and integrity, we invite your child to unlock their unique artistic voice in an environment rich with inspiration.

Hosted by Tim Pearce and Sophie Lascelles, the internationally acclaimed creative producers behind Anda Union’s global tours, this program is thoughtfully designed to bridge ancient traditions with contemporary creativity providing a safe, nurturing, and culturally rich experience for each child.

Throughout the trip, your child will walk in the footsteps of European masters like Picasso, Miró, and Gaudí, explore Roman ruins in Tarragona, and draw inspiration from the breathtaking landscapes of Sitges and the Mediterranean coast. Through daily hands-on workshops, nature-based art activities, and guided cultural experiences, your child will grow in confidence, learn new perspectives, and develop a deeper connection to themselves and the world.

Anda Union believes, when young people travel with open hearts and curious minds, they not only learn about other cultures—they begin to understand their own.

Let this journey be the beginning of your child’s creative and personal awakening.

Saikhannakhaa Jirem Darhan

Cultural Ambassador and Visionary Founder

This transformative Art & Culture Journey was conceived by Saikhannakhaa, award-winning Mongolian musician and co-founder of the renowned ensemble Anda Union. Raised on the Horchin grasslands, where music, nature, and daily life are deeply intertwined, Saikhannakhaa brings a rich cultural heritage and a holistic worldview shaped by her nomadic roots. Taught music by her grandparents and recognized early as the most talented female Morin Khuur player of her generation, she has devoted her life to preserving traditional culture while embracing global connection.

As a mother, Saikhannakhaa has seen firsthand how art and travel can profoundly shape a child’s growth. Inspired by the joy, confidence, and insight she witnessed in her own children—one of whom toured the U.S. with Anda Union—she envisioned this program as a way for more young people to explore who they are in the world through creativity, cultural exchange, and time in nature.

"I believe that true education happens not only in classrooms but in open, inspiring environments—where children can express themselves freely, connect with others, and see the world with open hearts and minds."

Why is art important?

In today’s rapidly changing world, success demands more than high test scores. It calls for emotional intelligence, creativity, adaptability, and a strong sense of self. This journey is designed to support your child’s whole development—not just intellectually, but also emotionally and artistically.
Through daily artistic workshops, cultural experiences, and time spent outdoors in the inspiring landscapes of Catalonia, your child will build confidence, awaken their imagination, and begin to see the world—and themselves—with new eyes.

Art is not only for artists—it is a vital part of how children learn to express emotions, solve problems, and understand their place in the world. These skills will serve your child for life—in future careers, relationships, and as a thoughtful global citizen.

We understand the hopes you carry for your child’s future. This experience is a powerful gift: a chance for them to become a more open-minded, creative, and grounded individual—ready for the world, and confident in who they are.

Let your child discover the artist within—guided by nature, culture, and the timeless spirit of creative discovery.

What Makes This Trip So Special?

🎨 Hands-On Artistic Discovery
Every day includes dynamic workshops in painting, drawing, and sculpture, all inspired by the places your child visits. They’ll use a variety of techniques to bring their imagination to life—whether they’re designing dreamlike landscapes like Dalí or capturing emotion with expressive Picasso-style portraits.

🌿 Inspired by Nature: The Genius of Antoni Gaudí
In Barcelona, children will step into the fantastical world of Gaudí, whose art and architecture were deeply rooted in the natural world. During guided visits to the Sagrada Família and the magical Park Güell, children will explore how Gaudí used the shapes of trees, shells, mountains, and animals to create buildings that feel alive.

🎨 In response, children will:
  • Create their own “Gaudí-style” mosaics, using natural forms as inspiration—just like the colorful tiles of Park Güell.
  • Build sculptural forms using organic shapes, experimenting with curves, spirals, and symmetry found in nature.
  • Sketch from real architectural details at the Sagrada Família, learning how art and nature can blend together to tell powerful stories.
This hands-on learning helps children understand that art is not separate from life—it’s all around us, in every tree branch and seashell.

🧠 Think Like an Artist
Through guided reflection, storytelling, and collaborative art projects, your child will learn to observe more deeply, express feelings visually, and trust their unique perspective—skills that go far beyond drawing and painting.

🤝 Grow Socially and Culturally

In a caring and supportive group, your child will build friendships, grow more confident, and develop a natural curiosity about the world. They'll also be introduced to Spanish culture, tasting new foods, hearing local music, and gaining appreciation for life beyond their usual routine.
